That said it should probably be tied to difficulty, as it makes for a real challenge to get the best gear by the end of the game. ![]() Honestly? I find it rather refreshing to break with the awkward RGP tradition of always being rich. DF doesn't have a "better" money-policy: It has none at all. The shortage in HK leads to meaningful decisions, whereas in DF it's been irrelevant whether or not you waste a bunch of nuyen. but that's about as fun as it sounds, and it's one of those ideas that really shouldn't have made it past the design stage. You're being taking MASSIVE advantage off by a crime-boss you owe big-time. ![]() and then you get about two bucks per mission to explore them all with.
